The World of the Power Buggz®
Coastal City is a fairly typical city, if you happen to live on the coast of California, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The temperature is mild, the views beautiful, and the people mostly normal. Particularly the kids attending Coastal High. Jocks and theater geeks, the in-crowd and the brainiacs & nerds. Just like you’ll find at any high school anywhere. People just trying to get along. What makes this high school different is that there’s another group; a group with some of its members definitely not interested in getting along.
